Tucson, Az.

I came back in town Monday the 6th to jump into our 3 day fast for The Tucson Bible Conference. You could feel conference in the air as we contended in nightly prayer meetings. This season of prayer culminated Wednesday night as I was given an opportunity to minister to the precious saints in my home church (there is no place like home).
I felt a real leading and burden to minister out of I Sam. 13 & 14 about the "caves" we often find ourselves in and how a "divine impulse" such as Jonathan had can get us out of our caves. Even though most people's minds were probably on what they were going to eat afterwards, I believe there was a real ministering presence in the service.I know I often find myself in caves I need to escape. One of the highlights of the service to me was my wife Vanice's nephew is visiting us from Florida and was saved a few days ago and on Wednesday got filled with The Holy Ghost. You know when we serve God, he has a channel or a conduit to move in our families. So.......on to Conference!

Lawrence, Indiana

After finishing with the Brazil church, I went up the highway to Lawrence (suburb of Indianapolis) to do a revival for Pastor Pete Wakefield. Pete and his wife Sandy have faithfully labored in the Indianapolis area for over 18 years. They have a faithful group of people and have young disciple wanting to preach the gospel. As I fellowshipped with a young couple in their church, they expressed their desire to one day be missionaries to another nation. Thank God for people with a burden and a vision. Our revival was Wednesday-Sunday June 1-5. Though we did not see a great number saved in this revival, there was a real ministering presence in the services and God's people were helped. I know it sounds cliche' but it was a good revival for the people.
Pray for the Wakefields and all of those laboring in the Midwest. This area has not always been responsive to the gospel, but I have had the opportunity to preach in most of the churches here and most of them have long-term Pastors who have faithfully laid down their lives for their cities when opportunities were given to go other places. The Midwest needs more pioneers to help break through, maybe God would send you.

Brazil, Indiana

May 29-31 I was invited to do a Revival/Healing Crusade for Pastor Tom Roeschlein in Brazil, In. Tom, his wife Rosemarie and family have labored in this area for over 25 years. The church moved into a new location a while back and with that move there has been a new momentum of God with visitors and souls being added to the church.
We began Sunday with revival services in the church with a notable presence of God in the services. The prayer meetings were vibrant and you could feel God's people craving more of Him. Monday was Memorial Day and we labored on outreach, then had a Healing Crusade in the local park. 2 precious souls were saved and we saw a number of tremendous healings. (Jesus is the same, yesterday, today, forever!) Tuesday night we brought it back in the church and saw a young lady filled with the Holy Ghost.
Pray for the Roeschleins as they labor there in Indiana. They have established a Holy Ghost well to drink from in that city, there was such a wonderful presence of God in their church. Pray for more thirsty souls to come in.
